Intent:
The ACGME requires the residents not be asked to sign restrictive covenant clauses.
Policy Statement:
Resident will not be asked to sign restrictive covenant clauses.
Description:
No contract, agreement, policy or other statement will represent to the resident that a restrictive covenant is in place relative to their employment as a resident.
